2 cubes of butter
2 eggs
add all of the ingredients in your mixing bowl in the above order and mix for 2 minutes add enough flour that your dough just begins to clean the sides of the mixing bowl. Let rise until it doubles, punch it down and knead it a few times adding flour if needed.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread lightly with butter and brown sugar/ cinnamon.
In a Mixing bowl mix
1 cube of butter
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of instant oatmeal
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tbs of cinnamon
until if forms course crumbs.
Sprinkle over dough and then if you so desire sprinkle with a little bit more cinnamon and sugar especially around the edges.
Then roll it all up.
Cut into rolls about 3/4 of an inch thick. Let rise for about 30 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 28-30 minutes. Check after 25 minutes AND MAKE SURE YOU BAKE THESE BELOW THE MIDDLE OF THE OVEN.
